Genetics Graduate Program at Michigan State University

Presents a Symposium on

  DNA REPLICATION

      on Saturday, May 20, 2000
     9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
The MSU/DETROIT COLLEGE OF LAW BUILDING
     ROOM 341

Symposium Description
This symposium features internationally recognized scientists to highlight current issues in DNA replication. Topics include the nature and organization of origins, cell cycle regulation of origin firing, and the architecture and enzymology of the replication fork in prokaryotic and eukaryotic model systems.

Poster Session
Program participants who wish to present a research poster (4'x4') relating to nucleic acids are invited to do so. Please email a poster title to the Genetics Program Office (genetics@pilot.msu.edu) no later than May 10th. Graduate students from the Genetics Program at Michigan State University are particularly encouraged to present their work.
